BIOGRAPHY

Mark Dugdale is a former professional bodybuilder who competed at the highest level of the sport for over a decade. He was born on December 25, 1974, in the United States. He grew up in a family of fitness enthusiasts. He developed an interest in sports and athletics from a young age, and excelled in football in high school. He had aspirations of playing football professionally, but his passion for bodybuilding soon took over.

He started competing professionally in bodybuilding in 1997, when he entered the NPC Emerald Cup and placed third in the middleweight class. He continued to improve his physique and performance, and won several amateur titles, including the NPC Los Angeles Championships, the NPC USA Championships, and the Amateur Olympia Mexico. He earned his pro card in 2004, and made his pro debut at the 2005 Arnold Classic, where he placed ninth.

He went on to compete in many prestigious pro shows, such as the Ironman Pro Invitational, the San Francisco Pro Invitational, the New York Pro, the Tampa Pro, and the Olympia Weekend. He was known for his symmetrical and aesthetic physique, as well as his high-intensity training style. He trained with low volume, high frequency, and heavy weight, using techniques such as rest-pause, drop sets, and widowmakers. He also followed a strict diet that consisted of lean protein sources, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and supplements.

He retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2017, after placing first at the Arctic Pro. He decided to focus on his family and his business ventures. He is married to Christina Dugdale, who was his training partner throughout his career. They have three children together: Madison, Morgan, and Mason. He is also the owner of a food company called Fresh Garde Foods. He continues to share his knowledge and experience with other bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts through his website, social media platforms, and YouTube channel.
